Swidget 1.0 2

I must apologize to you all. I am still adjusting to the life of a new mom (yes, even though my daughter is 8 1/2 months old) and it has gotten to the point where something has to give. I've been going crazy trying to get stuff done. Unfortunately, this blog is something that I can easily give up, and have more time, and less stress. I will leave you with my two favorite blogs to follow, and they will keep you well informed.
Vanessa, over at Our Thrifty Ideas Become One lives up in the North Salt Lake area, so while most of her deals will count for all of northern Utah, they are more specific to up there.
Melea at Freebies2Deals lives in the Lehi area, so her deals will often cover both the Provo/Orem area as well as the Salt Lake area.
Sorry that I cannot continue at this time, and good luck with everything.

Sunday paper deals

I'm sorry, this weekend was hectic for me (go figure, huh, it was for everyone) but my body didn't deal well with it yesterday. Because of that, I haven't been able to get the Sunday paper deals done. I'm sorry. However, I do know of some places you can look for them. Vanessa, over at our Thrifty Ideas has a great Target list here. Melea at Freebies2Deals has a Walmart one here. I'm sorry, I haven't seen the drug store ones yet.

Free pack of basil seeds

Just for signing up for their newsletter (I used my spam email address) you can get a free packet of basil seeds. fresh herbs are always best, they give more flavor, and if you can grow them yourself, then they are very inexpensive as well. I'm excited, because I believe I could grow this in a small pot on my windowsill, which means I actually can grow it, even though I have a small apartment. Anyway, go here to Tomato Heirlooms, and sign up for their newsletter, using the area on the right. However, it seems they send you the info on how to get the seeds via email, so maybe just keep deleting the newsletters until you actually get the seeds, then unsubscribe.
